Female Founders & Philosophers Podcast Retreat — Nicaragua

This is a women-only retreat for founders, philosophers, and go-getters who’ve already built something — a business, a nonprofit, a body of work — and want the company of other women doing the same.
Every day, we sit down together for an hour at the table: real conversation among women who have something to share. By the end of the week, that conversation becomes a podcast — and clips of it are yours to use on your own socials, as part of how you tell people who you are and what you’ve built.
The rest of your days are surf, cacao, rest, and the ocean — Nicaragua doing what Nicaragua does. But the table is the heart of it.
Nestled near the beautiful beaches of Playa Marsella, you’ll experience warm Pacific waters, unforgettable sunsets, tropical nature, nourishing food, and a small group of women actually building something.
